Clients of PEOs, Labor Contractors and
Employee Leasing Organizations
The NCCI has recently issued
complex rules that apply to you and govern the data used in your
experience modification after you terminate or replace a PEO.
Under these rules you may be
entitled to a new modifier that includes the payrolls and claims
incurred by your PEO. If your PEO's employees had few claims,
your e-mod will benefit.

These are complex rules that are not widely understood. We
strongly suggest that you understand the potential ramifications of
NCCI's Form NC2745 before preceding.
