The NCCI has recently issued complex rules that apply to you and govern the data used in your experience modification after you terminate or replace a PEO. 

Under these rules you may be entitled to a new modifier that includes the payrolls and claims incurred by your PEO.  If your PEO's employees had few claims, your e-mod will benefit.

A Note of Caution: These are complex rules that are not widely understood.  We strongly suggest that you understand the potential ramifications of NCCI's Form NC2745 before preceding.
