Nevada Employers – Workers Compensation Payroll Limitation
Did you know that each employee’s payroll is capped at
$36,000 per policy year - and pro-rated for shorter periods?
Unique among the states, Nevada's artificial cap is prone to abuse and error by insurers, especially when premium overtime is included in the payroll base.
